After the design is complete, fabrication is the next link in the food chain. This is where Michael Angelo chips away at the block of stone to revel the Statue of David. Where the master visionary artfully transforms CAD file blue-prints into a 3- dimensional reality. This is where we prove the design. Where we improve, boost and heighten structure integrity. The fabrication division at Trans Am Worldwide is the proving grounds for new developments as well as the installation department for proprietary designs like T-tops and rotating light assemblies. Allied with the design and engineering team, the fabrication crew brings the projects to life while strategically developing processes for application and installation.
A cars finish is the primary focal point of the build and the most criticized aspect of the conversion. As the “icing on the cake” it represents the finished car. While our base units are delivered with a standard factory spec finish, those seeking a show quality surface can select our from our optional paint upgrades, that include a complete color sanding, painted graphics and a highly detailed buffing, creating a museum level finish.
When the muscle car era first began in the 60’s, 300hp. was praiseworthy. Today, you can get over 400hp. direct from the factory! Admirable as it is, for many of us… that’s just not enough. The need for speed and the demand for MORE has resounded a loud echo from muscle car mania enthusiast abroad and Trans Am Worldwide has responded.
Currently, we offer three stages of various performance upgrades ranging from 100 to 300 horsepower gains in stock performance. That’s 525hp – 700hp on our finished platforms. Every performance package comes with its own dyno tune, allowing us to maximize performance and fuel efficiency instead of a “one size fits all” approach to tuning.
For the discretionary customer, Trans Am Worldwide offers a private, Black Label Stage V package that starts with the LS7 and produces upward to 900hp.
